Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all orders regardless of the quantity ordered. However, we do have a minimum order of 2 items whether they are the same or different items. 

We aim to deliver your purchase quickly and securely and will dispatch your order within two working days. 

We will try and update the website daily against our stock levels, but on the odd occasion if an item is found to be out of stock after you have placed your order, we will be in touch to notify you of the estimated delivery date. If you are not happy to wait, we will offer you an alternative product, or a full refund.

Many deliveries may require a signature as proof of delivery and it is often easier to have items delivered to your workplace or an address where there is usually someone available to sign. In some instances, the goods can be left safe in a secure location that you specify, or a neighbour can sign for you. This is at your own risk – you can add these special instructions during the checkout.

We use Hermes or Royal Mail for deliveries dependant on the weight, value and destination of the goods. If you are unavailable to sign, they will leave you a card so you can arrange redelivery.

Currently we can only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping and we will provide a full refund. Any items cancelled after we have shipped your order will need to be returned to us at your expense before we can refund the full value of the items. Returned items must be sent back unused in their original condition as per our Returns Policy.
